We do not guarantee that access to or use of this web site or any services will be uninterrupted or error free, and FoundationClub shall not be liable for any feature not being accessible or for any unavailability of its web site and services. The web site and its features may be expanded, limited or modified at any time by FoundationClub to meet the needs of its Users, or for technical or other reasons, without advance notice or reason. To access some of the content or features of the web site or its services, Members may need to enhance or update the hardware or software in their computer systems. FoundationClub assumes no responsibility for any failure to access the web site or any services, partially or fully, whether due to the Members system, the Internet network or any other cause.

Invitation
FoundationClub is not available to the general public, unless invited in by one of the current registered members. The use of the club and the various dividend generating tools are restricted to registered members ONLY, who have made a deposit into at least one of the various "Plans". Each deposit is deemed to be a private/separate transaction between FoundationClub and the registered user.

No Individual Advice
Since each individual's situation is unique, this web site does not provide individual or customized legal, tax, or investment services. You accept sole responsibility for any and all appropriate taxes as charged within your country and hereby indemnify FoundationClub and its directors of any liability.

Security
Some areas of this site (Password Protected Areas) are password protected and available only to Members who are registered to have an account. Registration requires Members to fully complete the  registration process. You hereby accept responsibility for keeping ALL your information and records of all transactions you make within FoundationClub BOTH secure & private!! We reserve the right to deny or revoke registration or access to Password Protected Areas for any Member. We protect all our records, transactions and information by providing the maximum security we can on our servers.

  Any testimonials, opinions, advice, product or service offers, or other information or content made available on or through this web site by third parties (Third Party Content) are solely those of their respective providers and not of FoundationClub which does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or usefulness of Third Party Content. It is the responsibility of the Member to evaluate Third Party Content and FoundationClub shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by Members reliance on or other use of Third Party Content.
  
  Prohibited Conduct
  The following activities are strictly prohibited:

     (2)  Personal attacks on or abuse of any members, moderators, or administrators of a forum 
     (3)  Postings for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose (including links) 
     (4)  Posting of personal information (for yourself or anyone else)
     (5)  Phishing 
     (6)  Posting materials containing viruses or other malicious or destructive code
     (7)  Posting of offensive content including profanity, obscenity, racist or pornographic material 
     (8)  Posting of any materials that are defamatory or infringe any persons rights
  
  Transactions
  All communications between the Members and the club will be deemed final including transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and account setup. In the event of any dispute(s), such dispute(s) must be mailed using our contact link. It will be investigated and resolved in terms of the rules and regulations governing our group.
  
  Age
  You must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to become a member and gain access to this website. The governing laws in your country related to making decisions on financial issues shall be strictly adhered to and in no event shall we accept membership requests from minors.

Membership Services
Although FoundationClub has members in many parts of the world, Memberships may not be available in or suitable for certain countries or locales. We reserve the right to discontinue or to make changes to, any of our member services at any time without advance notice.

Cancellation
Any member can close his or her Account(s) at any time and without any notice following the ninety-day investment period. In the case of a day-to-day account, your funds will be returned to you within 14 days of receipt of your written (or electronic) request. In the case of a term deposit, however, your funds will only be returned to you following the expiration of your term. FoundationClub reserves the right to terminate with immediate effect and without notice, should any member be in breach of this agreement. 

Information
FoundationClub does not solicit memberships and thereby you hereby agree that all information, communication and material coming from or contained within this website must be kept private, confidential and protected from any public disclosure. Moreover, the information, communication and material contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer or a solicitation for deposits.

Liability
All information, communication and material contained in this website are intended to be regarded as  informational and educational matter and not investment advice. You agree to indemnify and hold all principals and registered members harmless of any liability. Should you choose to make a deposit, you are doing so at your own risk and agree that past performance is not an indication of future performance.

Private Transactions
FoundationClub does not trade in any form of securities nor does it give any type or form of investment advice to anyone. As a private transaction, this club is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured and are not a licensed bank, security firm or any other type of investment house, trader or broker.

Change
We reserve the right to change the deposit plans and other financial aspect of the clubs rules at any time and at our discretion and without notice. You agree that it is your responsibility to review any current updates to all terms and conditions.

Acceptance
We reserve the right to decline any new member registration within the Club.

Term
Currently FoundationClub is open to new membership application, however, we reserve the right to limit membership at any time. Registered members will continue to enjoy the same privileges that they are currently entitled to.

EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
IN NO EVENT WILL FoundationClub BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEB SITE OR ANY OF ITS SERVICES OR CONTENT, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF FoundationClub HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, PRODUCT LIABILITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
